serving court documents; performing traffic control; and ensuring compliance with the City By-laws, including Dog By-law, Noise By-law and Garbage By-law.
This position involves shift work.
Qualified applicants must possess a two year Law Enforcement Diploma, or a minimum of two years law enforcement experience may be considered.
A valid Driver's Licence, Standard First Aid and CPR Certificates are required. Applicants are required to submit a Driver's Abstract with their resume.
The City of Yellowknife offers an annual salary range of $74,136 - $88,675 as well as a comprehensive benefits package including monthly housing and vacation travel allowances and a defined benefit pension plan.
