78-$48.47 per hourHours : 35 hours per weekClassification : Administrative Status : Contract Up to 12 months Under the direction of the Manager, Employment Services oversees the day-to-day implementation and operation of Career and Employment Community Services in the locations and programs identified.
Responsibilities include the management and administration of human, financial, and physical resources of employment programs and services.
As part of Georgian College’s Career and Employment Community Services Leadership Team the Coordinator works closely with others in this team to ensure delivery consistency across the department, college-wide, provincially and federally, depending on funded programs and services responsibility.
This includes liaising with clients, engaging staff, funders, community partners, as well as other administrative and academic departments, to maximize innovation and efficiency in program and services operations.
