The Yard Maintenance Person is responsible for the maintenance of Yard equipment and assets. This position reports to the Yard Operations Coordinator.

This is a full-time position and will be based in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

What You Get To Do :

• Keep yard clean and organized for quick deployment as well as maintain yard security and report any violations should they arise.
• Guarantee modules, equipment & complex materials are packaged properly for deployment or when received back from a project.
• Work with logistics companies, project teams, Yard Operations Coordinator, and Fleet Manager. Maintain fleet assets and keep the yard map up to date.

Provide updates to the team as required.

Who You Are :

• Construction knowledge or experience in the modular industry is an asset.
• Must be safety-oriented, and a good team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, work well in a changing environment, and possess a sense of urgency.
• Possess discipline towards meeting deadlines and strong personal time management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
• Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Able to carry out moderate to heavy lifting duties and operate equipment such as skid steer, loader & forklift.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
