We are looking for Workplace Ambassador

Location : 10 Bay Street Suite 400, 20 Bay Street Suite 800 Toronto, Ontario, CAN M5J 2N8 / Onsite

Duration : 4+ months

Work Schedule : Onsite, 5 days a week

Overview :

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and hospitable experience for all guests and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Responsibilities :

  • Open the welcome desk on time and maintain a show-ready, hospitable environment.
  • Greet guests, direct them to sign in, and issue guest badges.
  • Assign temporary badges to employees.
  • Set up catering, assist with event setup, and prepare customer rooms.
  • Respond promptly to messages via Slack and email.
  • Check and manage mail, log tickets, and ensure the mailroom is tidy.
  • Monitor event and meeting ticket queues, assign tickets, send Google Calendar invites, and order catering.
  • Assist with various projects and administrative tasks, such as printing name badges using Adobe.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of related experience, particularly in customer service or hospitality.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a warm, gracious, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Google Collaboration Tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.).
  • Willingness and ability to learn and use Salesforce software applications and tools (Tableau, Quip, Slack, etc.).
  • Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (scanners, printers).
  • Self-starter with minimal direction and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Results-oriented, customer-focused, and highly organized with attention to detail.
