• Minimum 5 years’ experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management. Standard edition experience preferred : 20 points
• Experience integrating system and supporting web services : 20 points
• Experience working with ETL processes and remediation : 20 points
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (articulate, detail oriented and factual) and interpersonal (clarifying, active listening), manage conflict or stressful situations : 20 points
• Experience working collaboratively with business partners and stakeholders to understand and analyze current state, provide recommended approach, and develop factual and concise deliverables : 10 points
• Proven track record working with a broad range of stakeholder including health care professionals and clinicians : 10 points
