We’re seeking a Water Treatment Product Support Specialist to join our technical team in Winnipeg, MB! In this role you’ll play a crucial part in providing product-specific technical information to our customers.

What you will be doing :

  • Identify and Resolve Customers Technical Issues assist customers translate technical instructions, monitor technical support e-mails, track customer support requests, identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage customer relationships accommodate order preferences, communicate the status of open requests to customers and follow up to verify that solutions are successful, provide information on new products, and product accessories, quotations on commercial and residential equipment.
  • Assist Product Management Team develop and enhance product lists, facilitate and attend training seminars, assist with creating manuals and spec sheets.

What you need :

  • Associate’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Three to five years of related experience in water treatment (required).
  • CWQA certification (preferred), or willing to obtain.
