Your new role

The open role is for a Customer Care Representative to work on-site at two separate locations in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding.

There are two open roles, one for a low-rise development in Keswick, Ontario and one for a development in Pickering, Ontario.

Reporting to the Field Manager and VP of Customer Care, these individuals will oversee all on-site after-sales service inquiries.

They will assess homeowner correspondence and issue work orders respectively. They will delegate tasks to the respective service technician with work orders via their database (NewStar) and maintain logs and generate reports.

Finally, they will report any issues to the Field Manager, communicate with site staff to ensure quality and delivery and attend staff meetings where required.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful Customer Care Representatives will have 2 3 years experience working for a home builder or developer in the Greater Toronto Area in a Customer Service capacity.

They will have strong knowledge of the Tarion Warranty Program and be able to delegate tasks to service technicians. They will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to work with site staff, internal staff and homeowners while ensuring quality and deliverables.

Finally, any experience with Newstar would be a definite asset.

What you'll get in return

The Customer Care Representative will receive a base salary from $65,000 - $75,000 dependent on previous experience, paid vacation including the week off paid during the holidays, a bonus, benefits and awesome work perks including company events and outings.
