Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will assume a variety of responsibilities to ensure the safe and efficient movement of inventory within the Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities :

• Unloads and moves products and materials by using material handling equipment, ensuring efficient turnaround times
• Picks customer orders accurately as per RF Gun list and / or manual ordering system ensuring productivity standards are achieved
• Prepares shipments and documents shipments using in house software
• Verifies goods and compare orders with packing slips and purchase orders
• Assists the Distribution Manager with receiving documentation and paperwork as required
• Loads and unloads truck, stocks shelves with products and materials
• Performs general warehouse duties, as required

The successful candidate must have and demonstrate the following :

• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50lb
• Ability to bend / crouch, climb stairs, and safely use ladders in order to retrieve materials and products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written English) skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
• Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team
