Job Title : Warehouse Associate

Reports to : Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate reports to the Operations Manager and is an important Operations team member. The position entails a broad range of functions to help ensure that products are shipped promptly to customers across Canada.

Learning the processes and systems related to servicing customers and supporting the other team members is the main focus of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE)

• Familiar with Canpar / Purolator / UPS shipping systems.
• Minimum 7+ years of work experience in related roles and industry.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to work collaboratively on a team and calmly and methodically address issues & opportunities.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with JDE is an asset.
• Organized with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good with math and numbers.
• Able to lift 60 lbs.
• Punctual, dependable / on time.
