JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position is a cross functional. The incumbent will perform the duties in some of the functional areas within the Distribution Centre as assigned by the Manager.

The functional areas include : order picking, wrapping, receiving, put away and shipping.

Shift : Mon Fri 7AM 3 : 30 PM

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Using MHE to Pick, Put away, Replen, Load & any other tasks assigned by Supervisor
  • Complete paperwork as outlined in training documents.
  • Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
  • Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
  • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
  • Safe Handling of MHE and surrounding while operating them.
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines of operating MHE.
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills both oral and written

Ability to lift heavy objects to 50 LBS

Intermediate knowledge of computer applications

Pay careful attention on the job

Follow instructions precisely

Sit, walk or stand for prolonged periods of time

Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Exposure to computers and / or the ability to learn warehouse software

Certified forklift operator required for the Warehouse Put-Away and and / or Let Down / Replenishment function

Ability to work overtime as required
