We are looking for a transport dispatcher for our client located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The company is in the local and long-distance road transport business.

Duties :

• Plan and coordinate deliveries, optimizing routes to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
• Manage customer requests and proactively monitor transport execution.
• Work closely with drivers to quickly resolve unforeseen circumstances.
• Ensure smooth communication between the various internal teams.
• Analyze transport performance and suggest improvements.
• Keep transport management documents and systems up to date.
• Prepare transport and customs documentation.

Requirements :

• Experience in a similar position, ideally in the transport sector.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Good command of IT tools and transport management software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate in French and English with international customers and partners.
