Temporary Motorcoach Driver

Location : Banff, AB

Must be local to Banff / Canmore / Lake Louise area

We are currently seeking experienced Motorcoach Drivers to join our team. This is a full-time temporary opportunity lasting until September 29th, shuttling park visitors in and around Lake Minnewanka.

The schedule for this position is 21 days on and 7 days off. Working an 8 or 10-hour straight shift.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Full Pre & Post trip inspections of the vehicle
• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers & clients
• Will be responsible for assisting passengers with belonging (eg. strollers, kayaks, bicycles, etc.)
• Adhere with direction of all DTL’s policies and procedures
• Ability to adapt in a fast pace environment
• Demonstrate Diversified’s Core Values
• Complete and submit daily DVCR’s and FLRA’s

Required Qualifications :

• Valid class 1 or 2Q driver’s license is required
• A minimum of 1-year motorcoach experience
• Possess a driver’s abstract with less than 3 demerit points (valid within 30-days)
• Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
• Customer service oriented and safety minded
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, passengers, and internally through radio usage
• Ability to obtain clearance for the following tasks are required :
• Driving record check (Pre-Employment Check Ride)
• Physical Demands Analysis (PDA)
• Drug & Alcohol Test (DNA)
• Criminal record check and Parks Canada security clearance
