What you need to be a successful with Thriftys :

• 1+ years’ experience in a customer service and / or retail environment and ready to increase your responsibility.
• Confident in delivering the best customer experience possible. You are a leading example for others to follow.
• Goal orientated understands and is eager to achieve sales objectives.
• Support the Management team in holding the associates accountable to their maximum potential.
• Play a key role in building a team of fashion obsessed brand ambassadors, reflecting the Thriftys brand lifestyle.
• Must be eager to learn, demonstrate initiative, and ready to grow into an influential leader.

This is a part time management role with the potential to grow into a full time Manager in Training position.

Salary : Starting $17.40
