Here is what a typical day looks like

• Processing changes to insurance policies and endorsements according to policy and procedure
• Continuously researching and reviewing industry and product knowledge to ensure legislative statutes are adhered to
• Completing performance evaluations for staff in partnership with the Manager, Customer Care Centre
• Developing self through industry involvement, training and other courses
• Adhering to all Company processes to ensure consistent and accurate documentation, and correspondence.
• Assisting other departments, positions, tasks and duties as required
• Managing and auditing team of advisors for optimal Care Centre performance
• Performing observational based coaching with staff in partnership with the Manager, Customer Care Centre
• Developing reports through industry involvement, training, and other courses

The value you bring

• General Insurance Level 2 License required.
• History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices
• Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment.
• Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal

Hours : Full Time - 37.5 hours / week

Location : Remote / In Office

Term : Full time contract role for a period of 12 months
