Key Responsibilities for the Job :
Assist with the preparation of a variety of T1 and T2 tax returns Organize and manage client documentation Conduct preliminary tax research and analysis Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax-related information Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax regulations Other duties as requested
Experience & Attributes for Success :
Post-secondary education in business or accounting Previous experience in a tax or accounting environment is an asset Proven experience working with confidential information Extremely comfortable with technology and picks up new software quickly Keen attention to detail and superior communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
