Surveillance Manager

Director of Surveillance and Gaming Compliance

Summary

Reporting to the Director of Surveillance and Gaming Compliance, the Surveillance Manager will play a major role in the operations of the Surveillance Department.

The successful candidate will have several responsibilities to ensure operational and employee needs / requirements are met.

The position requires a high level of accountability, individual responsibility, and collaboration.

Job Duties

• Participate in sensitive investigations, team development and game performance reporting
• Participate in game protection tasks and related duties
• Complete investigative reports and required documents
• Responsible for people management tasks

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check (licensing requirement)
• Excellent verbal and written English; report writing skills are essential
• Maintain a high level of integrity and be able to hold an AGLC license
• Excellent leadership ability and experience; may require some public speaking
• Above average communication skills
• Possess average to above average computer skills
• Casino and table games protection experience an asset
• Has good to excellent mathematical skill
• Minimum 4 years in a related position and a minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory / Management role.
• The position will require the ability to respond to site quickly in emergencies and may require the candidate to work variable hours, evenings, and weekends.
