Summary
Reporting to the Director of Surveillance and Gaming Compliance, the Surveillance Manager will play a major role in the operations of the Surveillance Department.
The successful candidate will have several responsibilities to ensure operational and employee needs / requirements are met.
The position requires a high level of accountability, individual responsibility, and collaboration.

Job Duties
- Participate in sensitive investigations, team development and game performance reporting
- Participate in game protection tasks and related duties
- Complete investigative reports and required documents
- Responsible for people management tasks
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check (licensing requirement)
- Excellent verbal and written English; report writing skills are essential
- Maintain a high level of integrity and be able to hold an AGLC license
- Excellent leadership ability and experience; may require some public speaking
- Above average communication skills
- Possess average to above average computer skills
- Casino and table games protection experience an asset
- Has good to excellent mathematical skill
- Minimum 4 years in a related position and a minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory / Management role.
- The position will require the ability to respond to site quickly in emergencies and may require the candidate to work variable hours, evenings, and weekends.
Work Conditions

- Must be available to work variable hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
