Therole of the Supporter LiaisonAssistant

The SupporterLiaison Assistant will provide valuable support to the FanEngagement & Supporter Liaison Officer as well as the widerCorporate Affairs team.

A superorganised individual this personwill help to plan and deliver both matchday and nonmatchdaystaffing and events and be a point of contact for all supportersattending the Gtech Community Stadium.

This role will involve someevening and matchday work and the majority of the time will bespent at one of our sites.

MainAccountabilities

  • Supportthe team to respond to fanrelated enquiries in the SupporterServices and Accessibility inboxes.
  • Be areachable point of contact for supporters resolving queriesmanaging issues and handlingcomplaints.
  • Support working groups and otherfan group meetings to improve the dialogue between the club andfans and build positive relationships with thesegroups.
  • Support the Fan and Community Relationsteam on matchdays to ensure we deliver a welcoming environment forall fans.
  • Help with matchday activities such asfan parking away coach travel and support for fans with additionalsupport needs.
  • Follow safeguarding protocols inthe set up and ongoing management of the matchday operationescalating any issues to line management and the Safeguarding teamas appropriate.
  • Ensure there is high qualitytimely communication with colleagues from visiting teams for allsupporterrelated information.
  • Provideadministrative support to members of the Fan and CommunityRelations team as required.
  • Support other Fanand Community Relations team projects and activities as requiredincluding fan events and matchdays throughout theseason.

  • Ensurecompliance with all relevant Club policies including health andsafety policies and with specific reference to the data regulations(GDPR and PECR).
  • Ensure compliance with allrelevant legal regulatory ethical and socialrequirements.
  • Build and maintain good workingrelationships both internally and externally maintaining aprofessional image at all times when representing BrentfordFC.
  • Keep confidential any information gainedregarding the Club and its personnel.
  • Maintaina flexible approach to work at alltimes.
  • Ensure compliance with all MatchdaySafeguarding processes and the Clubs Safeguarding Policy andprocesses.

  • Excellentorganisational skills with the ability to thrive when working onmultiple projects with specificdeadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoftproducts especially Excel and Word.
  • Goodcommunication skills both written and oral with excellent attentionto detail.
  • Works well in a collaborativeenvironment contributing to a positive and supportive teamdynamic.
