What You Will Do
- Coaching, developing and motivating Support Associates to ensure that they are meeting expectations against key performance indicators and achieving their career objectives
- Deliver on profitable growth through a commitment to providing exceptional customer experience to members
- Provide immediate and ongoing feedback and mentoring to employees regarding their performance and development
- Participate in Insurance business planning as well recruitment and workforce planning
- Assist with projects and initiatives to help meet the organizations strategic goals
- Manage, analyze and optimize revenue, retention, underwriting goals and customer experience quality levels results
- Support an environment that encourages high performance, high engagement and career growth
- Lead staff meetings to review department and corporate results
- Implement new policies and procedures, and conducting regular ensure compliance with all company underwriting guidelines
- Work with business partners to help achieve organizational objectives
Who You Are
- Must have OTL (Other Than life) license
- Post-secondary education in Insurance of business-related field preferred
- 2 -4 years Insurance experience
- Effective business decision making attributes
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, project management and planning skills are essential
- Superb leadership abilities to maximize team performance and organizational success
