What you’ll do :

  • Team Development : Regularly evaluate, support, train, and coach team members on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques, and operating procedures.
  • Collaboration with District Manager : Partner with the District Manager to document conversations, create performance improvement plans, and manage corrective action processes.
  • Talent Development : Foster in-store talent and identify future leaders by promoting internal team members.
  • Operational Excellence : Execute store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards.
  • Visual Merchandising : Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.

What it takes :

  • Track record in maintaining operational excellence, including analyzing KPIs, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability in recruiting, developing talent, and mentoring team members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus Points : Experience with opening new stores and a background in visual merchandising.
