Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the wellness, natural products, or beauty sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals in a retail environment
- Experience in team leadership, with demonstrated skills in coaching, development, and performance management
- Strong understanding of inventory management, including stock control, accuracy, and merchandising standards
- Familiarity with community engagement and customer loyalty-building techniques
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and a passion for promoting environmentally responsible business practices
