Responsibilities :

• Train, develop and motive a team of associates and manages
• Meet and exceed KPI metrics by driving sales and fine-tuning operations
• Communicate with corporate partners
• Collaborate with key individuals in the community to market the brand

Requirements : 2+ years of leadership experience

Salary : $60,000-70,000 + bonus
