YourRole :
- Lead thepreparation and review of Annual and Quarterly Financial Statementsand related notes in compliance with IFRS supported by meticulousworking papers.
- Oversee period and quarterlyaccount analysis adjusting journal entries andreconciliations.
- Stay ahead of the curve bymonitoring and interpreting new accounting standards drafting newpolicies as required.
- Collaborate seamlesslywith internal divisions and external departments ensuring timelyand consistent financial reporting.
- Coordinatewith external auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion ofyearend audits and quarterly reviews.
- Mentorand coach your team guiding them to achieve their goals andindividual development plans (IDPs).

Qualifications
WhatYou Bring :
- AChartered Professional Accountant (CPA)designation.
- 57 years of experience in externalreporting with a strong understanding of IFRS and OntarioSecurities Commission requirements.
- Advancedproficiency in Excel with experience in FCCS and SAP as anasset.
- Exceptional communication skills bothverbal and written enabling you to interact effectively at alllevels of the organization.
- A resultsorientedmindset with a proven track record of delivering on time anddriving for results.
- A collaborative spiritwith strong problemsolving skills and the ability to build strongworking relationships acrossdepartments.
- Enthusiasm for thriving in afastpaced everchanging work environment.
- Big 4 / Big 6 Public accounting firm experience is andnbsp; HIGHLYDESIRED
