- Candidate needs to be a member in good standing with Local 853 or in the process of gaining membership with Local 853
- Safety first Attitude
- Ability to read and interpret Blue Prints
- Ability to work independently is required
- Team first mentality
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of communication is required
