Plains is looking for a dedicated, ambitious professional to take ownership of the development and delivery of the Compensation and Pension programs for our Canadian employees, while supporting the retirement savings, disability management and benefits offerings as required.
This role also supports the compensation for our US employees as needed. Reporting into the Manager, Total Rewards, this position is based in the Calgary corporate office and offers excellent opportunities for growth and development. #Plains
Responsibilities :
Launch and manage the Annual Compensation Program (plus STIP and LTIP) design, delivery and administration, inclusive of the budget preparation
Manage the closed DB and DC pension plans for annual compliance; and
Develop communications, FAQs and presentations to promote and educate employees on compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication; and
Enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and fits into a team work environment.
