Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services of Mississauga East is accepting resumes for the upcoming winter season to join our ice and snow team.

Be part of the Clintar team in the efficient clearing and de-icing of commercial, institutional, and industrial properties in the west Mississauga and Milton area.

We offer safe, well-maintained equipment, experienced leaders and managers, direct deposit, and a bonus at the end of the season.

To receive the bonus, you must work all the shifts you are called in for and you must stay for the duration of your shift.

All part-time positions are on-call and dependent upon winter weather. Shifts will be for accumulating or anticipated snow and ice events, clean up events, or freeze and thaw events.

Many shifts are overnight hours. Applicants must be available and committed to work on very short notice, at all times of the day and night, as dictated by the weather and operational response requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Operating a pickup truck with snow plow and salt dispenser attachedMaintaining a clean and safe job site, while ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow.

Completing all necessary reports and records, including vehicle defects, accidents, and any damage to properties, vehicles, or equipment.

This position requires early morning or late night starts, extended hours, and weekend duty including holidaysThis position requires 24 / 7 availability to respond to weather events at any time of day or nightApproximately November 2022 to April 2023, dependent on weather.

On-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as required by winter weatherSalary $25 - $33 an hour

Requirements :

3 years experience required in previous snow removalValid G or D licenseCell phone with data required
