Thisposition will be located at a construction project located in theregion of Port Severn Ontario.

Reportingto the Project Manager the role of a Site Clerk is to performadministrative responsibilities for the success of the project.

These responsibilitiesinclude :

  • Dailycompletion of payroll from site timesheets;
  • Purchasingof materials andsupplies;
  • CreatingPurchase Orders and reconciling receipt of materials to ensuresuppliers arepaid;
  • Coordinatingtravel for employees on thesite;
  • Completionof the equipment logs (asneeded);
  • Completingnecessary reports for sitemanagement;
  • Managingother administrative tasks asrequired.

Requirements

  • Completionof postsecondary education preferably inAdministration;
  • Minimum2 years of officeexperience;
  • Excellentcommand of Microsoft OfficeSuite;
  • Bilingual(an asset) but proficiency in English language with excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal) isrequired.

  • Completion of post-secondary education, preferably inAdministration; Minimum 2 years of office experience; Excellentcommand of Microsoft Office Suite;
