DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES :

• Searchingfor suitable locations for telecom antennas and identifyingpotential landlords
• Completing site visits bytravelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial dataand visual reports
• Successfully signing leaseagreements with landlords through negotiatingterms
• Maintaining uptodate information in ourcustom software
• Thriving in an internationalenvironment alongside other talented and innovatedindividuals

REQUIREMENTS :

• Nativelevel of German (C1) with fluency inEnglish
• Ability to travel throughout Germanyfor business
• Sales or negotiationsexperience
• Extraordinary negotiations skillsare an absolute necessity
• Great communicationskills
• Computer skills with sound knowledge ofMicrosoft Office package
• Ability to workindependently while being team player at the sametime
