Qualifications
- Previous relevant customer service experience
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Experience using computer software including Microsoft Office products
- Bilingualism would be an asset
