Great opportunity to work for a exceptional manufacturing organization! We are looking for a seasoned Production / Shop Supervisor.

This position will oversee a team of 12 that may evolve to about 20 in the next year. Great time to join this growing team and become a vital team member.

Responsibilities :

• Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation
• Evaluate the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
• Enforce safety policies and procedures (in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for injuries on the job
• Assume responsibility for manufacturing processes in the respective area
• Maintain open lines of communication between employees and management
• Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly

• A minimum of 2+ years working in a supervisory role
• Must have worked in a manufacturing setting
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to delegate and follow through with direction
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools a major asset
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
