Job Overview

We are seeking a Consultant to assist in enhancing digital workflows and SharePoint structures within a secure environment.

This role, based on-site in Borden, ON, will focus on developing efficient processes and providing SharePoint support. Work will be organized around specific deliverable milestones, with a flexible weekly schedule and be conducted between December 2024 and March 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Flow Development : Support the creation of automated workflows and digital process improvements using available tools within a secure network.
• Template and Process Design : Build templates and streamline workflows to support operational needs across various applications.
• SharePoint Development : Assist with the design and implementation of SharePoint components, including home pages and sub-pages, ensuring alignment with user experience principles.
• Documentation and Training : Produce user-friendly documentation and job aids, and conduct training for team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Must currently hold or be eligible for Reliability (Level I) Clearance with the Government of Canada
• SharePoint Expertise : Extensive experience in SharePoint site development, including site structuring, page layout design, and applying best practices for user experience and navigation.
• Process Automation Skills : Proficiency with digital process automation tools, including Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 apps, to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
• Template Development : Strong ability to create and customize templates within the Microsoft 365 suite, including Lists, Forms, Tasks, and Project.
• Documentation and Training : Skilled in producing user-friendly documentation and training materials, including job aids, to support team members in adopting and using new tools effectively.
• Security Awareness : Familiarity with working in secure network environments, ensuring compliance with required protocols and security practices.
