Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage sewer and watermain deficiency projects from start to finish.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the work crew to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Identify and address any deficiencies or issues that arise during the project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues and resolutions.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
