Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage sewer and watermain deficiency projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the work crew to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Identify and address any deficiencies or issues that arise during the project.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues and resolutions.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
