Service Technician
What challenges can you expect?
- You will be responsible for the performance of service job in regard to the designated product spectrum both on site and in-house
- Thereby, you will be preplanning service jobs to be carried out
- You will take care of problem assessment in regard to Load Tap-Changer units, Power Transformer’s accessories and equipments, including its resolution
- You will propose and recommend additional solutions to Customers in order to improve the asset reliability
- You will create technical service reports and forward it to the Service Manager
- Furthermore, you will be dedicated to support the company development strategy with other duties as assigned
What do we expect from you?
- You are a skilled worker with appropriate experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (
- Thereby, you enjoy practical and challenging hand-on tasks in the electrical / mechanical field
- Your knowledge about power transformers is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to make decisions under time pressure characterise you
- You are an energetic, well-mannered and proactive team player driven to meet customer satisfaction
- You are fluent in English language (read / written / spoken); French would be a plus
- In addition, you have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Your availability to travel rounds off your profile (approximately 70%)
- Furthermore, you are committed to Health and Safety
- And you’re holding a Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident
