Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain solutions for various agriculture equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and integration with farm management systems.
• Carrying out repair and conversion work on agricultural machinery in the field of mechanics, hydraulics, and on electronic components.
• Train farmers, agronomists, and other end-users on the effective use of the product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software updates, system patches, and integration with hardware components.
• Maintain detailed records of services calls, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in company databases.
• Provide feedback to development teams regarding common user challenges and suggest improvements.

Qualifications :

• Post-Secondary Education in a related field.
• Completed Training as an agricultural or construction machinery mechatronics technician or automotive mechatronics technician.
• Hands-on experience in agriculture / engineering or a comparable industry.
• Knowledge in vehicles electrics, mechanics, hydraulics, and dealing with computer-aided diagnostic systems.
