Assist with on-site equipment repairs, prioritize safety and quality, manage inventory, and enhance customer relations. The client offer opportunities for continuous improvement, report generation, and professional growth in a safe, dynamic work environment.

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Assist in repairing equipment at customer sites.
  • Ensure compliance with safety practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Company's quality process, meeting customer requirements as per manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Maintain and organize inventory, advising the supervisor on upcoming inventory requirements.
  • Record all repairs, in-progress work, and completed work.
  • Handle pick-up and delivery of repairs to customer facilities as needed.
  • Prepare work orders for repair jobs, including repair time, and input this information into the system.
  • Foster positive customer relations through interactions.
  • Promote a safe working environment for all Our Clients associates.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and provide process-enhancement suggestions.
  • Generate branch reports and information for management.
  • Obtain required manufacturing certificates.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Specific Requirements :

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools.
  • Ongoing training on equipment to be repaired and serviced.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and pay close visual attention.

Pay scale - $28 per hour + a healthy cost of living allowance for Fort McMurray, AB
