Service Representative - Sr. (Payment Operations)
Location : Mississauga, ON (Hybrid - 1 day in office per week)
Contract : $18.20 / hr for T4 OR $21.68 / hr for Incorporated 10 months (Dec 9, 2024 - Oct 31, 2025)
Schedule : 8-4 : 30, 9-5 : 30, or 11-7 : 15
Key Skills & Experience
- Data Entry : Prior experience preferred, but open to fresh graduates
- Communication : Fluent English; excellent communication skills
- Problem Solving : Strong ability to address issues and find solutions

- Technical Proficiency : Strong computer and data management skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Banking / Financial Industry : Prior experience in financial / banking roles
- Call Center Background : Previous experience handling high-volume customer interactions
- Wire Payments Knowledge : Familiarity with processing CAD, USD, and other foreign currency transactions (EUR, GBP, CHF, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions, reconcile activities, and respond to inquiries following established procedures
- Communicate with internal and external partners to address standard and non-standard requests
- Perform administrative tasks (document collection, archiving, report preparation)
- Support junior staff with escalated tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Provide on-the-job assistance and training as needed
