Abbotsford Hyundai is currently seeking a Service Lot / Wash Attendant to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a passion for cars, and are a team player, we’d like to hear from YOU!

The Lot / Wash Attendant assists with service check-in, valets vehicles including washing cars and provides general lot supervision to support the Service Department.

Schedule : Full -time 40 hours per week

Wage : $17-$20 / hr

What Your Day Will Look Like :

• Complies with Trotman Auto Group policies, along with local, provincial and federal laws including those governing the rules of the road, and health and safety
• Manages the flow of traffic for the dealership lots, new and used car sales, and the general service area
• Moves vehicles to the appropriate lot sector when parked in incorrect department stalls
• Performs general wash and vacuuming
• General clean-up of vehicles and vehicle parts as requested
• Maintains a clean and safe parking lot at all times (parking flags, debris and snow removal, salting walkways)
• Maintains lot order, even in designated customer parking areas
• Transports vehicles for fuel or dealer trade when necessary
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Sales showroom floor and displays and Parking lot area
• Performs shopping runs for lot supplies when necessary
• Ensures there is accessibility at all times through Main Lot laneway
• Ensures the front delivery staging area remains unblocked, organized and clean
• Additional duties as outlined by management

Who You Are :

• Previous experience as an Automotive Lot / Wash Bay Attendant is preferred but not required
• Valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong communication skills
