Our Service Coordinator isresponsible for all nontechnical and 1st level technical SupportDesk tasks. Responsible for the coordination support management andexecution of 1st Level proactive and reactive activities to ensureoutstanding client support.

These activitiesinclude

communicating with clients andvendors.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities :

Handle incomingcalls / emails / tickets to support our clients

Communicate directly with clients to provide status updates ornecessary followup

Communicate and work directlywith vendors to ensure client issues areresolved

Monitor incoming incidents reported atthe Service Desk and route appropriatelyto

respective teams

Basic 1stlevel troubleshooting and issue resolution

Clearly document issues and solutions

Assist theService Desk to help meet all SLA requirements and exercise anownership

mentality toward customer needs showingrespect and consideration to all team

members andcontributing improvements where possible to IT Service Deskoperations

and processes

Collaborate with team and Service Desk Manager to assess processimprovement

opportunities assess tools etc. toimprove Support operations

Keep manager informedof issues that may impact the organization

Sendout customercommunication

Requirements :

Comfort with Windows desktop and Microsoft OfficeSuite

Ability to grasp newtechnology

Ability to follow standard operatingprocedures

Ability tomultitask

Strong organizationalskills

Experience working in a customer facing(inperson or remotely) role

Exceptional customerservice and communication skills (includingClevel)

Ability to set and manage clientexpectations

The ability to work effectively ina fastpaced environment

Strong time managementskills

Attention to detail and strong desire tolearn
