Server Responsibilities :

The primary role of a Smitty’s Server is to provide quality product in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Servers have solid knowledge and familiarity with all Smitty’s products, systems and programs, which upholds Smitty’s standards and effectively promotes the brand name in every way.

• Working with their team towards a great guest experience, every time
• Connecting with guests, developing relationships and bonds that keeps people wanting to come back!
• Taking orders & serving food and beverages
• Using Smitty's systems efficiently and effectively
• Following all safety & sanitization precautions
• By connecting with guests, be able to offer items that maximize their experience
