Senior Customer Associate / Account Manager

Manufacturing experience is needed.

Mississauga location; 5 days per week on-site

Our client is looking for that experienced customer advocate that :

• Manages an assigned set of accounts and provides complete customer service, problem resolution and account management functions.
• Excels in long term customer relationship development
• Quickly responds to and solves any client issue
• Providing pricing information and Order entry
• ERP system experienced
• Forecasting and reporting on your clients' business
• Interacts with your customers and internal departments as part of assessing and confirming product delivery
• Updating customers on order delivery dates and inventory status
• Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset
