Security Incident Recovery Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and serve as the primary security contact for clients and stakeholders during incident recovery.
• Manage and prioritize recovery tasks based on business requirements while ensuring compliance with security practices.
• Work with the PMO on task coordination, status updates, issue resolution, and escalations.
• Implement industry best practices in incident response, cybersecurity, and case management.
• Oversee the security and stability of IT functions during recovery.

Must have knowledge and experience :

• Expertise in Dell and / or VMware products.
• Incident response experience.
• Background in security.
• Flexibility to travel to client locations on short notice.
