RoleDescription

As a member of Haztech’sSecurity team you will be responsible for providing securityservices at events in Regina Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities caninclude screen teams family members and affiliates regulate andcontrol access points respond to any complaints deescalatesituations and use judgement and deal with the public in a friendlyand professional manner.

You will not be dealing with direct publicin this role. You are working in the lower bowls with CFL teamscoaches and officials.

Your high level of professionalism andcustomer service abilities will make you an exceptional addition tothe events and Haztech'steam.

KeyAccountabilities

• Maintain a positiverelationship with Haztech’s management team and crew onsite.
• Secure the premises and screenpatrons.
• Take appropriate preventative andprotective actions in response to safety and security incidentsrelated to client property andpatrons.
• Regulate and control accesspoints.
• Respond to any complaints orcrowd control issues and decide what actions to take based on thesituation facts known and positionlimitations.

Qualifications Ss&Competencies

• Completion of 40hourSask Justice Security Guard TrainingCourse
• Valid Saskatchewan cl 5license
• Ability to obtain criminal recordclearance
• Reliabletransportation
• First Aid / CPR certificatepreferred
• Ability to be fully alert andaware of surroundings
• Commitment to consistent accuracyand high attention to detail.
• Excellent customer servicess.
• Independent judgement anddecision making.
• Ability to work autonomously andunder pressure
