Job description :

As Sanitation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all sanitation-related activities within our company.

You will lead a team responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our production facilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize and supervise sanitation operations according to established standards and procedures.
  • Train staff in sanitation and ensure compliance with good hygiene practices.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and disinfection programs to prevent contamination.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage the human, material and financial resources required to carry out sanitation activities.
  • Carry out regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and propose corrective measures were necessary.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Diploma of professional studies
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning / disinfection protocols
  • Team management and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and rigorous application of hygiene standards
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different levels of management
  • Dynamic and stimulating work environment
