Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our existing producers while sparking new ones with potential clients through strategic farm visits and engaging sales calls.
- Drive sales growth with your innovative strategies, supporting the expansion of our client’s market presence.
- Lead and participate in Producer Meetings & Field Days, creating a community of informed and enthusiastic partners.
- Work alongside your fellow team members to forecast sales and develop strategies that translate into record-setting growth.
Qualifications :
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture or a related field is ideal, but what really matters is your need and ability to make a significant impact.
- 2+ years’ experience in a related sales role.
- Experience in precision agriculture is an asset, but we’re more interested in your drive and capability to learn and adapt.
