Montreal Corporate Head Office, where most of their employees are based, offers career opportunities in Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and HR as well as in the Production and Warehousing facilities.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Service Representative will assist specific accounts in the maximization of sales and service by presenting ongoing collections to the buyers working in partnership with the Sales Representative.

Responsibilities :

  • Co-Host booking appointments with buyers each season.
  • Provide buyers with updated lists and details for immediate stock.
  • Follow up with buyers for all orders and delivery information.
  • Liaise with Customer Service and Sales Admin for all confirmation of stock and deliveries.
  • Validate deliveries with buyers (early shipments, delays, requests for extension etc.)
  • Execute business development needs with new and existing customers.
  • Evaluate and coordinate point of sale materials for existing stores.
  • Maximize and elevate brand exposure through co-op advertising and merchandising.
  • Amplify events by working through pre-event opportunities and stock levels.
  • Interim sales representative role in transitioning territories within the Region.
  • Attending trade shows and in-store events, as required.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum three years of sales experiences / customer service (preferably in fashion)
  • Ability to develop loyal business relationships with customers.
  • Good business acumen, negotiation skills, leadership, and influence
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic, and quota-driven environment.
  • Effective analytical and territory planning skills.
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Ready to travel within the territory.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Travel required.
