Responsibilities :
- Learn how the products are quoted, assembled, customized and delivered to customs across North America and internationally too.
- Respond to customer inquiries about the products, services, customized solutions and order fulfillment.
- Actively engage with new and repeat customers by providing technical after-sales support.
- Work in partnership with the product and technical teams to ensure customer feedback and insights are fed back into existing product improvements and new product development.
- Collaborate with our marketing functions to help create impactful, customer-centric promotional and informational on-line and digital content.
- Learn product pricing, commissions and discounts structure for end customers, reps and re-sellers.
- Develop a sound knowledge of industry, customer pain points, the competitive environment, and trends in instrumentation and process control.
- Document your activities and collect contact information into a digital platform.

- College or University degree in a technical discipline is an asset however candidates with relevant career-acquired experience are welcome.
- Mathematically intuitive thinker is preferred and possessing or willing to learn basic instrumentation / technical / engineering principles.
- Some knowledge of fundamental business principles e.g. understanding of revenue, profit margin and sales results reporting is preferred.
- Working experience in technical sales and / or sales management is helpful, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication.
- Effective goal setting, planning and prioritization skills.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
