JobOverview :

We are seeking a dynamic andcustomerfocused Sales & Customer ServiceAssistant to join our team on a fulltime permanentbasis.

In this role you will provide critical support to both thesales and customer service teams ensuring our clients andcandidates receive outstanding service.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Support the sales team with lead generationclient outreach and prospectingactivities
• Conduct research to identifypotential clients and gather industryinsights
• Meet and exceed salesgoals.
• Assist the customer service team byaddressing client inquiries and resolving issues professionally andefficiently
• Maintain accurate records of clientand candidate interactions in ourdatabase
• Schedule interviews meetings andappointments for the sales and customer serviceteams
• Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop and execute sales and customer servicestrategies
• Prepare and share reports on salesand customer service performance withmanagement
• Perform administrative tasks such asdata entry document filing andorganization
• Deliver exceptional service toclients and candidates ensuring their needs are met promptly andthoroughly
• Build and nurture strongrelationships with clients and candidates to encourage repeatbusiness and referrals

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent(Postsecondary education in business or a related field is anasset)
• 12 years of experience in sales orcustomer service
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
• Excellent organizationaland timemanagement abilities
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office; experience with CRM software is aplus
• Ability to work independently and within ateam environment
• Proactive motivated andcustomeroriented approach
• Ability to multitaskand prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to newtools and processes
