Description

Sales and Customer Service :

• Build strong customer relationships while delivering a high standard of customer service
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions, identifying their needs, and suggesting suitable options
• Handle all customer queries and follow up on special customer requests involving deliveries and quotes outside standard areas
• Utilize product knowledge to provide customers with accurate product information and pricing
• Complete sale orders with correct details, ensuring all orders are entered accurately in the computer system
• Meet and exceed sales targets

General Tasks :

• Maintain the showroom to a high standard, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and visually appealing at all times
• Ensure all furniture and accessories are displayed correctly
• Complete general administrative tasks as required
• Check and action all customer and company emails promptly
• Deal with telephone enquiries efficiently
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Assist the Showroom Manager with any other duties as requested

Requirements

• Previous big ticket / furniture retail sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
