Description
Sales and Customer Service :
- Build strong customer relationships while delivering a high standard of customer service
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions, identifying their needs, and suggesting suitable options
- Handle all customer queries and follow up on special customer requests involving deliveries and quotes outside standard areas
- Utilize product knowledge to provide customers with accurate product information and pricing
- Complete sale orders with correct details, ensuring all orders are entered accurately in the computer system
- Meet and exceed sales targets
General Tasks :
- Maintain the showroom to a high standard, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and visually appealing at all times
- Ensure all furniture and accessories are displayed correctly
- Complete general administrative tasks as required
- Check and action all customer and company emails promptly
- Deal with telephone enquiries efficiently
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Assist the Showroom Manager with any other duties as requested
Requirements
- Previous big ticket / furniture retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
