Job Description
Our client within the manufacturing industry is seeking an Inside Sales administrator to join their team, This is a temporary position with the potention to extend, requiring you to work 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), and 2 days from home, located in THORNHILL.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Entry : Accurately enter and update sales data, customer information, and other relevant records into the CRM and other databases.
- Email Correspondence : Manage and respond to emails from clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation Support : Prepare, review, and distribute sales documents, contracts, and proposals.
- Customer Support : Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information.
- Sales Coordination : Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments.
- Record Keeping : Maintain organized and accessible records of sales activities, communications, and documentation.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency within the sales team.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-4 years of experience working in a sales admin role
- Strong communication
- Experience with SAP a strong asset
- Ability to work on-site in Thornhill
