• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders and ramps to get only roofs safely
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as asphalt using torch on roofing techniques
• Assist roofers with all roofing activities
• Assist in demolishing old roofs using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment to keep the work site clean
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed

Requirements

• Willing to work in all weather situations
• Not afraid of heights
• Good attitude
• Willing to follow safety procedures
• Able to communicate in English
• Drivers license is an asset
• Able to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn
• Lift 80 Lbs repeatedly

Willing to work through the season only
