Overview Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a Retail Sales Representative in Toronto, Canada. In this position, you would be a key part of our outside sales team visiting retail customer locations in Canada's key markets : Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Alberta.

This key position requires a dedicated person to work with all levels of our retail customer’s regional field operations teams, strengthening the relationships, and optimizing sales and profits for Lutron and our customers.

Training is available and will offer a comprehensive introduction to Lutron culture and customers as well as Lutron’s consumer product families.

Responsibilities Use excellent communication skills to build lasting strong relationships with Home Improvement and Consumer Electronics retailers regionally and at the district and store management level Support and work closely with Sales Operations, Regional and District Service influencers Train and oversee service providers and store associates to be Lutron product experts Coordinate and execute sales initiatives while identifying new business opportunities for cross merchandising and product visibility Develop and execute sales programs and new product launches Ability to work independently;

plan and organize your time effectively to maximize time spent with customers while supporting Lutron's Retail Sales team initiatives Stay aligned to Lutron's culture and values : Be Passionate Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets Be an innovative thinker Be customer-focused Be ethical Qualifications 1 to 4 years of professional experience and Bachelor’s degree required OR greater than 5 years of professional experience and high school diploma required If you have 1 to 4 years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree, a minimum 2.
